We believe that no kid should be left on the sidelines and all should be given the opportunity to experience the positive benefits of organized sports. KidSport provides support to children in order to remove financial barriers that prevent them from playing organized sport. We do this by: Raising funds to provide sport opportunities for kids facing financial barriers right here in Calgary and surrounding area. Dollars raised here, stay here to help local kids get in the game!

This year we have a goal of raising $50,000 for KidSport Calgary & Area.   So far, in 2025, KidSport Calgary has already assisted over 8000 kids get into sport, distributing $3 million back to local sports organizations. With the demand this year greater than ever, KidSport is looking to the community for support so that we can continue never saying no to a qualified applicant and we can make sure ALL Kids Can Play!  

 

KidSport Calgary and Area is also celebrating 30 years of getting kids off the sidelines and into the game!  Since that inaugural year, we have been able to support over 90,000 kids in 60+ different sports. This impact as Canada's largest KidSport chapter has led to an amazing investment of $25 million and counting in sport registration fee assistance to support these very deserving kids.
